About Me

I am a qualified counsellor, working with adults as well as young people aged 14 and over. My approach is integrative, grounded in person-centred values and shaped by a neuroaffirming, non-judgemental ethos. What this means is that I pay attention to who you are, not just what you’re struggling with. I believe therapy should feel human, steady and genuinely attuned to you.

Who I am
What draws me to this work

I’m continually moved by the courage it takes to speak honestly about how life feels. People come to me in moments of overwhelm, transition, self-doubt, grief, or when relationships look nothing like they had imagined. What matters most to me is creating a relationship where you can exhale - where you don’t have to keep everything together, or hold your thoughts alone.

How clients experience me

Clients describe me as calm, honest and grounded. I’m someone who can sit with you through the uncomfortable parts, hold space for your uncertainty and stay alongside you as you find your own way without rushing. I respect the pace you need and I value honesty and collaboration in our work together.

What matters in my practice

I welcome the messy, confusing and contradictory parts of being human. I believe that when someone feels genuinely heard - without pressure, expectation, or judgement - they begin to hear themselves more clearly too.
